How do I place an order?

All orders must be placed by TUESDAY 12pm each week prior to our dispatch/pick up date.  We need sufficient time to get in touch with you if there are issues with your order e.g. insufficient delivery instructions, to clarify delivery address etc.

You will receive a confirmation email for your delivery/pick up order.

Can I pick up my cookies?

You can choose to pick up your order from one of our locations (Tawa, Wellington or Cuba Street, Wellington).

Upon check out, please indicate the pick-up date, and the location you would like to pick up your order so that we know when to expect you and can prepare your order. Please note the following pick up times for our two locations are:

  • Tawa, Wellington: 1pm-4.30pm

  • Cuba St Wellington Central: 3pm-6pm

The exact address/contact information for pick-up will be disclosed upon check out.

Delivery

Standard Shipping:
We use a courier service for our nationwide delivery, and they do their best to deliver to you on schedule. However, due to Covid-19 delays, delivery may take an extra one to two (1-2) working days.

Delivery Information:

Please provide all necessary information and instructions for the delivery, otherwise orders may be delayed, or undelivered order/s will be returned to us.   In such case, we are unable to refund or replace orders where the Courier Service provider is been unable to facilitate a re-delivery due to lack of communication.

Note: We are unable to deliver to Rural Addresses / P.O. Boxes / Private Bags and not all packages can fit into a letter box.

Do your cookies contain allergens?

Vandoughs Cookies are made without any animal products. Our cookies are made by hand in a separated space in a commercial kitchen that does not handle any dairy or eggs.

Allergens processed on our equipment include: wheat flour, peanuts, tree nuts and soy. ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE FLAVOURS CONTAIN SOY.

The chocolate we use does not have any dairy ingredients in it (however, please note it still may contain traces of milk from milk chocolate made on the same lines) it is not certified dairy-free.

If you have a severe allergy to any of these allergens, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross contamination and follow strict cleaning and hygiene standards, we cannot guarantee this.

Our cookies are produced a facility which processes dairy, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, and wheat. Please know that we are not a certified allergy-free bakery.

We are currently working on gluten-free (GF) versions of our cookies so watch this space!
